The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, we have created and adopted new standards regarding sanitation and cleanliness.

These standards, for at-home massage appointments, are in compliance with local, state, and federal health officials. By implementing these standards, we hope to create a healthy and safe environment for our therapist as well as our guests.

Therapist expectations

• We will meet, monitor and (where possible) exceed guidance and regulations from local, state and federal health officials.

• On top of our usual cleaning process, we will elevate our cleaning & sanitization standards wherever possible. 

• We will use EPA/FDA registered disinfectants for all cleaning. 

• We have added extra time before and after each service to properly sanitize. 

• Your therapist’s temperature will be checked prior to every appointment. If their temperature is above a 101.4F, we will reschedule the appointment at a later date. 

• We will wear a mask at all times. 

• As always, we will wash our hands, forearms and elbows for a minimum of thirty seconds with warm, soapy water before each client service.  

• For your safety, some of our signature add-ons will not be offered, including aromatherapy and eye masks. 

• Face, jaw and hand massage will also not be performed at this time.

Guest Expectations

• When booking an appointment, guests must answer a series of health screening questions. If any of the answers is “yes,” they will be asked to wait to book their appointment until they are able to pass the screening. If they are healthy, they will then be asked to sign a waiver prior to their appointment.

• All guests will have their temperature taken prior to their massage. If their temperature is above a 101.4F, we will reschedule the appointment at a later date. 

• Guests will be asked to sanitize their hands upon their appointment. 

• Masks will be required over the mouth and nose during the entirety of the appointment, including during treatment. 

• All guests must practice social distancing before and after their appointment. 

• Please stay home if feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness.
